From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby of Ramada, we knew we were in for something special, and our expectations were not just met, but gloriously exceeded. This is, without a doubt, a 10-star experience in hospitality The reception team deserves a standing ovation. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine eagerness to assist were palpable from check-in to check-out. They greeted us with welcoming smiles and an efficiency that made the entire process seamless. Throughout our stay, they anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, offering insightful recommendations for dining and attractions, arranging transportation with lightning speed, and handling every query with a level of grace and attentiveness that is truly rare. Their knowledge of the city was encyclopedic, and their personalized approach made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. They are the epitome of five-star service.

Excellent breakfast, very good location (near the railway station & beach), fantastic swimming pool. This was perfect choice for me with very good internet facilities. So, I will be looking forward to coming back. Many thanks, Irina

The staff were very friendly, they also helped me with printing my boarding pass. (airports in Morocco don't accept electronic boarding passes...) The breakfast was rich with lots of options. The room was nice with a private bathroom. For me the location was perfect, not too close to the center so it was a more quiet area. But it only took 15min or so to walk to some nice restaurants. The beach was only 5min.

Outstanding location at the center of city, really close to the walking beach, and the main restaurant street. Veeeery friendly personnel, nice pool and really good breakfast. Rooms were clean and washed every day.
